Shipping InformationThis sweet, elegant Apera Cask Strength from our Preview Series began it’s life in a 20L ex-Apera Sherry French Oak cask in Bond Room 3 at Waubs Harbour Distillery and was later finished in a 100L ex-Apera Sherry French Oak cask. Bottled at cask strength of 62.6% bringing an added intensity to the whisky. Like a custard flan on the palate finished with lingering buttered fruits. See Rob's full tasting notes below.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Intense, complex sweet fruity nose. Peach apple esters, underpinned by cherry malt.
Palate
Think of a fruit custard flan; imagine the pastry buttered, the custard, topped with sugar glazed fruits. Mouth coating is sweet cherry malt. Elegantly balanced.
Finish
Lingering with buttered fruits.
